3rd week.

So, I am having a hard time getting a hold of people to get their percentages. If I don't have it by Monday night (secretly if I have it by Tuesday that's ok too) and whatever you lost will still translate to your percentage the next week anyway, but please try to do every week pretty please! Ok, enough scolding children.... " and your current percentages are..."

3. Candice .50%
4. Tracey 0%
5. Michael 0%
6. Bobby 0%
7. Brittany 0%
8. Annie - did not weigh in
9. Johnny- did not weigh in
10. Carolyn- did not weigh in

Let's all refocus and start over. The holidays were rough but we can do it!!! Start again today, not tomorrow. The new season of Biggest Loser started tonight and the theme this season is " no excuses". I know that's the reason that I have gotten where I am today.

So, with that in mind, this weeks challenge is:

Exercise everyday this week.... no excuses!
