2nd week... christmas week!

So this week was rough on everybody! Haha, way to go to those who actually lost. No matter what the scale said let's get back on track and have big numbers this next week!

3. Bobby o.40%

Welcome to the Biggest Loser Challenge!

Hey everybody!

I am always watching biggest loser wishing I could be on the show and lose a bunch of weight. Unfortunately that is not going to happen so I've decided to start my own group. This will be for serious competitors only. I really want us to lose a lot of weight, get healthier and get going on a new healthy lifestyle.

Here are the guidelines:

1. You have to have a team or partner. You will weigh in separately but you have to have someone to keep you accountable. They do not have to be participating but must be a support system.

2. In order to participate you must turn in your one time entry fee of 10 bucks ,that will go into our first place jackpot, before the competition starts.

3. You will not need to post your actual weight but you will need to post your weekly percentage of weight loss.

4. You will have to turn in your numbers every week on Monday. I will post results on my blog each week along with a challenge.

5. You can follow any weight loss plan you want as long as it includes regular exercise.

6. The contest will last 12 weeks. At the end we will all meet at the placer high school track and run a mile together.

7. We want to start this before Christmas so that we don't over do it and gain a bunch of weight right before the contest. The goal is to make some permanent changes.

8. Last but not least, honesty is key to this competition. You have to be accountable to yourself and your partner or team. Even if you gained. Take a before picture* on the first day and we will post those instead of number of pounds as a starting point so you can size up the competition. After that we will post percentages of each week. At the end of 12 weeks we will announce the Biggest Loser with the highest overall weight loss percentage!

9. The more the merrier. Lets get a bunch of people together, and that will make the prize money more exciting to win but most importantly we will have more healthy friends to support us!

So, are you game? If you want to play let me know by email by Dec 10th. The competition starts on Dec 12th.

*Just a recap- if you want in, send me an email that consist of :
- Who your support partner or team is
- Two before pictures ( one from the front, one from the side ) that you took for this game.
- A little something about yourself for the other competitors who may not know you
(include something about your commitment to win or what your goals with this game etc.)

This blog will be updated every Monday night with results of that week and a weekly challenge.

Also, if you are an out of towner, please still play, we will just have to miss you at our run!
